Here you can see at a glance who is currently working on or reviewing the presentation using icons. The icons are color-coded to quickly identify the status of the activity:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Green: The user is actively working on the draft or review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yellow: The user&#8217;s last action took place on a specific date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gray: The user has not yet shown any activity in this draft or review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This adjustment ensures a better overview and prevents the user interface from becoming overloaded &#8211; especially if there are several active participants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Instead of the previous display in the top menu, participant activity is now shown in the right-hand sidebar.
