Become part of our team and actively shape our business model!

Leanr aims to streamline presentation-related processes and enable teamwork in presentation management in a simple way. Leanr can be used in a versatile way in all industries - wherever presentations are created.

Support us with various tasks in the area of strategic development of our company, customer acquisition, the expansion of our social media presence and the marketing of Leanr through various channels!

Your tasks:

  • You support the acquisition and day-to-day management of customers.
  • You will help to further develop and implement our sales strategy.
  • Assist in optimizing our website and expanding our social media presence.
  • You do a variety of research and discuss your findings with the founding team in regards to the further development of the business model, our sales and our product.
  • Organizing webinars, creating videos, pitchbooks, onepagers, etc.
  • Of course you are welcome to contribute your own ideas for the development of the tool!

Your profile:

  • Commercial or technical training or comparable course of study.
  • Previous practical experience in sales, account management or business development ideally in a SaaS company as an intern/working student.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset + Interest in the topic of "Presentations" and "Presentation Management".
  • Good communication skills and high customer orientation.
  • Good analysis and implementation skills.
  • High ability to work in a team as well as personal responsibility and flexibility.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.

Your tasks:

- You acquire new customers, support existing customers and develop them further.

- You develop and implement a sales strategy and constantly optimize it.

- You support us in building up our still young sales team.

- You negotiate customer contracts and bring them to a conclusion.

- You are in constant exchange with our IT team and the founders with regard to the further development of the product and bring in customer requests.

Your profile:

- Commercial or technical training or a degree.

- Several years of experience in sales or account management preferably in an internationally operating company in the SaaS sector.

- Entrepreneurial mindset + desire to build an organization. Interest in the topic of "presentations" and "presentation management".

- Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness as well as high customer orientation.

- Good analysis and implementation skills.

- High ability to work in a team as well as personal responsibility and flexibility.

- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager, who will help our German-speaking customers to use Leanr in an ideal way in the organization, building strong customer relationships. With outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, you will guide our customers through onboarding, and use your analytical skills to drive mutual success. You stay current with Leanr's content development and bring ideas from customers into development. You play a key role in our business goals by ensuring the growth of our customer accounts.

Your tasks:

  • Build stable relationships with new customers together with the sales manager
  • Active advice concerning the roll-out of Leanr
  • Compilation of communication and marketing packages for rollout campaigns
  • Provide trusted advice to drive client use of Leanr and achieve associated strategic objectives
  • Actively engage with customers and internal stakeholders to eliminate churn risks, as well as identify upselling opportunities to achieve revenue goals
  • Customer consulting regarding product enhancements

Your profile:

Become part of our versatile team for a certain period of time and actively shape Leanr!

Leanr aims to optimize presentation-related processes and enable true teamwork in presentation management in a lean way. As an industry-independent tool, Leanr can be used in a variety of ways.

We develop the backend of Leanr based on .NET 5, the latest .NET platform and successor of .NET 4.8 and .NET Core. The basis for the frontend is the latest version of the widely proven Angular framework.

  • Our requirements are a degree in computer science, business informatics or similar courses based on computer science.

  • We would like you to have extensive knowledge and practical experience in at least one programming language (ideally C#, Java, C ++ or comparable high-level languages). Existing knowledge of .NET (or the predecessors .NET Core, ASP.NET or older .NET versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL and / or Git would be great, but we do not necessarily require them.

  • What we definitely expect from you is that you enjoy developing intuitive, user-friendly software and that you are communicative and team-oriented.

  • In addition, very good knowledge of English and German is required in order to be able to communicate easily in our international team.
