Instead of the previous display in the top menu, participant activity is now shown in the right-hand sidebar. Here you can see at a glance who is currently working on or reviewing the presentation using icons. The icons are color-coded to quickly identify the status of the activity:

• Green: The user is actively working on the draft or review.
• Yellow: The user’s last action took place on a specific date.
• Gray: The user has not yet shown any activity in this draft or review.

This adjustment ensures a better overview and prevents the user interface from becoming overloaded – especially if there are several active participants.
