In Leanr, you can now filter comments in drafts and copy the link to comments to send to other users—clicking on it takes you directly to the comment view in the presentation.

Presentations can now be shared externally directly through the “Manage Access” window. This new feature makes it easier to share with partners and customers—without the need for individual workflows.

A dedicated tab (“Share Externally”), link icons, and new filter options help keep things organized. Sharing can be controlled organization-wide using a checkbox.

After many weeks of work, we are pleased to announce the release of an improved One-Click Update today. Updating a slide or a presentation that is embedded in other presentations (nested structure) now takes just a moment—even with complex nesting!

The review process has been redesigned: A new “Start Review” button takes you directly to full-screen mode for commenting. The options to accept or reject a review only appear after exiting full-screen mode. In addition, the instructions button has been made more visible. These changes make the entire review process clearer and more user-friendly.

Starting now, you can tag people in comments within reviews, drafts, and chats. When you tag someone, they are automatically notified, and the comment is highlighted in color for them. This makes it easier to navigate and ensures that no important comments or tasks are overlooked.

This feature enables more efficient collaboration, especially when there are a large number of comments or tasks. It helps everyone stay on track and makes it easier to keep track of updates.

A new filter is now available in the presentation library. You can use it to display all presentations that are linked to an outdated version of another presentation or slide—allowing you to quickly identify which content needs to be updated.
